Return Policy

Return Window:
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Return Process:
To start a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to send your item back to us.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email, and we will guide you through the exchange process.

Shipping Costs:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
